I've used this sheet to gather data on prospective properties for many years.

Do one for each property, and keep them all in a binder. Create a system for which ones to follow up on and set a goal for yourself.

For example, I gave some students an exercise to do a minimum of 20 of these sheets a week. That meant calling 3 sellers a day.

Feel free to print it out, make some calls, and send me a filled sheet for analysis.
